This is so me... ya know I turned 50 this year ... and there was
something about that... it really made me realize it's time to get
serious... time to start taking care of myself... I was like ok... I
have tried many things... and had some sucess with them.. but never
anything that really just CHANGED ME.... then hubby has a friend that
was involved with Keto//os and changing and loving it.. so he said I am
doing it... well I thought ok.. if he feels so strong about this .. a
